The Pakistan (Sindh) team wrote this case study as part of the KIX EAP learning cycle on 'Diagnostic Tools for Education Policy Planning' organised in partnership with UNESCO-IIEP. In the case study, the team analysed girls' primary school completion rates in rural Sindh using the policy toolbox developed by UNESCO-IIEP.
