This case study presents an analysis of school-level data focusing on the following parameters:
(i) Distribution of schools by form of governance (state, municipal, private, mixed) in the context of country regions (supply)
(ii) Population density of preschool education (3–6 years) (demand)
(iii) Pupil–teacher ratios in the contexts of schools, districts and country regions (supply)
(iv) Distribution of teachers by teaching experience (young teachers, those with less than 5 years of experience and those with more than 15 years of experience) within districts (supply)
