This national case study is intended to be a contribution to a critical analysis of the ongoing negotiations concenring the direction and orientation for the development agenda following the 2015 Millenium Development Goals (MDGs) and Education For All (EFA) deadlines. This case study is thus designed to explore the national dimensions of the international negotiations.
